Welcome to Meadowview Place

At Meadowview Place, we are dedicated to providing a personal experience for our residents and their family from introduction to tour, to move in, and beyond. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.

We welcome pets and help our residents thrive in mind and body by engaging in a variety of activities, such as Qigong, bingo, bible study, movie night, ice cream social, pet therapy, and karaoke. In our community, residents enjoy a full range of engaging social events and activities, plus the additional support of a staff trained to monitor and provide needed personal care. This includes supportive services like bathing, dressing, housekeeping and medication management. We also offer a Fast Track program, giving new residents the ability to move in as soon as 24 hours if needed.

Respite Care

Following hospitalization for surgery or illness, a short-term stay with us under the care of our trained team provides the recovery and rehabilitation support needed to prevent complications and costly hospital readmission. Additionally, when at-home caregivers need to step away for vacations, weekends, or emergencies, our community is able to provide qualified care in their absence to visiting residents.
 A long-term care ombudsman helps residents of a nursing facility and residents of an assisted living facility resolve complaints. Help provided by an ombudsman is confidential and free of charge. To speak with an ombudsman, a person may call the toll-free number 1-800-252-2412.
